Finland Technical Collaboration Oy is a starting international company and we are looking for a part-time office assistant to handle diverse tasks in our office in Helsinki. The office is located right in the center of Helsinki, next to the Kamppi shopping center.
The company acts as an agent between Finnish companies exporting wood and Arabic companies purchasing the products. You will benefit from earlier experience or education/knowledge in the field of export/logistics and/or wood industry, but neither is mandatory to apply.
You will be using English and Finnish daily, therefore both your written and spoken English must be good and you should be fluent in Finnish. You will benefit from basic computer skills. Good work ethics, a friendly outlook on life as well as good communication skills will be beneficial.
Weekly working hours will be up to 10h per week mainly on 1-2 working days between 8-16. Contract will be signed for 1 year or according to negotiations. Salary will be monthly with fixed fee according to negotiations.
