Depending on your background, the role can include various tasks with a hands on approach in all the stages of software development - from drafting requirements to deploying features into production. Together with our skilled team you are defining and creating the digital learning software solutions of the future including utilization of analytics, adaptive content selection, gamification and integrations to other business applications. You work closely with the development team, content producers, UI/UX designers and test specialists.

We expect you to have applicable experience from software development and practical knowledge on how to create cutting-edge software. You can have couple of years’ experience or a senior level experience but the most importantly you have full stack skills, experience in web based software development and Java technologies. Experience from some of the following makes you an excellent candidate; modern web development such as client side libraries and basic languages (e.g. JavaScript, Vue.js) and/or from back-end development such as server side programming (e.g. Java, MongoDB). But what we really appreciate, is your ability to learn and utilize different programming languages and your openness towards diverse approaches and willingness to self-development.

You have working proficiency in English. Finnish skills are not mandatory. Our offices are located in Tampere and Helsinki, working remotely is also an option.
