In this position you will be part of Intelligent Automation team executing advanced and extensive automation solutions for Posti. This means development and implementation of intelligent automation processes in Posti environment and in end-to-end processes, in co-operation with Posti business units and different functions.

As a member of Intelligent Automation team, you have a chance to be in front line with best fit technology for automations. Besides the ability to transform needs and requirements to first class automations, we hope to see some of the below capabilities to match:

• Desire and curiosity to get involved with the latest technologies and to become an expert in intelligent automation

• DevOps/development/test automation background

• Experience in testing automations and/or robotic process automation technologies (e.g. UiPath or BluePrism) is beneficial

• Hands-on software development experience (e.g. VB, VBA, C#, .Net, Python)

• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g. MsSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)

• General understanding of business processes

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Proactive, analytical and goal-focused attitude to work

• Bachelor’s degree

To succeed in this role, we expect you to excel in teamwork, to have a can do - attitude and to be able to steer and execute in a large organization. This position is Finland based (Helsinki) and therefore both Finnish and English skills are needed. More important is your attitude and a suitable automation knowledge. Additionally, you should adapt to our main principles: customer centricity, efficiency and agility.
