Controller, Group Functions

to join our Group Management Reporting and Controlling Team?

In this role you will be the controller for Posti Brand team, HR & CFO office. This means responsibility on reporting, forecasting and financial support for these functions. Posti finance organization is taking a leap in transformation which means developing the financial reporting and planning processes and tools. As a controller for Group Functions, you will play a major role in developing, automating and standardizing the management reporting together with your team and colleagues. You will also take part in the planning process and tool development. In addition, you will work closely with the businesses and actively support your internal customers by giving guidance on management reporting and planning.

Would this be you?

• Few years’ experience of management reporting in Group perspective

• Experience of controlling activities in group / administration functions

• You can see the big picture but also deep dive in the details

• You have good communication skills both in English and Finnish

• Academic degree in finance or similar

• Experience of SAP and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (HFM)

• Ability to work under pressure during tight deadlines

• Knowledge in Anaplan (planning) and Power BI is an advantage
