The Hydro Portfolio Development team is responsible for developing the Fortum hydro fleet consisting of 160 plants in Sweden and Finland. We develop the fleet in line with our corporate strategy, leveraging our benchmark level asset development and operational competence and experience.
We are looking for a top performing Business Developer to be based in Sweden or Finland. In this role you will be a key team member taking our fleet to the next level by driving the deployment of our innovative Industry 4.0 digital solutions. You will collaborate daily with senior team members, key functions such as investments, maintenance and Business Technology teams.

To thrive in this position you need an understanding of hydro production combined with an improvement mindset in the field of digital development. A degree in Electrical Engineering preferably specializing in digitalization is required. Experience of implementing new digital solutions with related change management is to your advantage. You proceed in a structured way, have strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent English is a requirement while Swedish or Finnish language skills are to your advantage. The position requires some travelling in the Nordics.
