We are looking for an ACCOUNTING ADVISOR to strengthen our Global Accounting team in either Turku, Helsinki or Tampere. Also, we offer great remote work possibilities. The employment is full-time and permanent with a flexible starting date but we are happy to welcome you to the team as soon as possible.

What does your tasks include?
At Staria, we provide next generation Global Accounting services with our exceptional delivery model, offering our customers a new and easy way to manage subsidiaries all over the world – with one partner.
As an Accounting Advisor you will be responsible for named customers whom you collaborate closely with. Your key focus will be on providing accounting services and take care of your customers’ daily financials and prepare financial statements as a whole. Our customer companies are growing and operating in countries across the world, and with the help of our local partners you will support their business and growth with your financial expertise. You will also get the chance to participate in developing and improving our processes with automation and robotics.

What skills will help you to succeed in this position?
The person we are looking for is a strong accounting professional with experience in taking wide responsibility of the whole accounting process and independently prepare financial statements. Previous experience of ERP systems is also desirable. You are eager to further develop your skills and have a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, as we want to serve our customers in the best way possible! Our team’s great performance shows high motivation for development and productivity and we hope that you share the same mindset! As an employee you are used to working independently but also have great co-operation skills, and you are happy to help out your colleagues and share your knowledge.
At Staria we are also constantly developing our services with the help of automation and robotics and therefore we also expect you to have excellent IT skills and the ability to learn and adopt new systems and methods. In order to succeed in this position, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. As our customers are operating all over the world, we also highly value other language skills.
